MORNINGS

I love starting my days with a nourishing juice, matcha, and a yummy rainbow bowl after my morning routine at home and my workouts in my favorite studios.

ROOTINE Wellness Club, Café - Smoothie Bar - Wellness Concept Store: A true delight for all your senses. Beautiful interior, combined with a small, well-curated selection of interior items, beauty products, and supplements, alongside clean food and drinks served by the lovely founder André and his team. Order a healthy breakfast bowl or avocado bread, the best cold-pressed juices in town, and a yummy matcha or shroom-infused coffee to be nourished for the day ahead.

NEOSOCIETY: when in Schwabing and a matcha addiction just like me, I recommend starting your day with a yummy matcha with coconut rice milk and the delicious cinnamon buns or a raw matcha bite. Bastian and his team offer a variety of hot and cold matcha drinks of the best quality, raw bites, and a well-curated selection of organic snacks. My current fave is the strawberry iced matcha!

DINATALE CAFE : If you’re looking for a cozy break from exploring, Dinatale Café is an Italian café with a subtle Parisian feel. With its charming atmosphere, great coffee, and sweet treats, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxed pause during the day.

TUSHITA Teahouse: A must if you are up for vegan menus and super yummy vegan cakes. Try the black sesame one if you are lucky enough to get one of the always quickly sold-out pieces. The tiny place offers all kinds of high-quality teas - enjoy the iced version this summer. Matcha is really good here too. Klenzestrasse 53, 80469 München
